Nandi

* Nandi is now dead, she was killed by an adult male leopard in November 2003.

A young female around 2 years of age, collared in February 2003. Nandi is likely the daughter of April, a former project female who died in July 2003. Tissue samples stored by the project from all its animals will enable a family tree to be constrcted and resolve this question. Nandi's range did overlap with Ngoye but the two shared the space without conflict.
